These terms govern your use of the QuickFleet website. They are an agreement between you and QuickFleet Logistics Limited, a company being developed in Nigeria to provide delivery services in Abuja and, later, other cities.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This is a pre-launch website. It describes what QuickFleet is being built to do. Nothing on it can be booked, purchased or relied on as a live service, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance or a contract for delivery.
When the service opens, separate terms will govern deliveries, pricing, liability for parcels, claims and payments. Those terms will be published before anything can be booked.
Joining the list means we may email you about launch and invite you to take part in research. It does not create any obligation on either side. In particular, it does not guarantee that you will be offered the service, that your business will be selected for the pilot, or that you will be offered work as a rider.
You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Statements on this site about hubs, fleet, coverage, timing and service levels describe what we intend to build. They are honest at the time of writing and they may change as the business is built. Pricing is not final until it is published as final.
We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current, and we may update or remove content at any time.
The QuickFleet name, logo, copy, illustrations, diagrams, photography and the design of this site belong to QuickFleet Logistics Limited or are used with permission. You may read and share links to the site, and quote short extracts with attribution.
You may not copy, reproduce or reuse the brand or substantial parts of the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend or withdraw it for maintenance or any other reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, QuickFleet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch website, or from reliance on information published here as a description of plans rather than a live service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How we handle personal information from this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms as QuickFleet moves towards launch. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms: admin@quickfleet.co.
Write to admin@quickfleet.co and we will explain it in plain language, or change the wording if it needs changing.
